Finally done, a big commission for *fox-unit This one was good fun, being set in my own story, with much of the composition up to me. So well, it felt like my usual work, just with the drive of money and satisfying someone else
A trio of ex-Ranger mercenaries, having a rest in an abandoned outpost.
The only real flaws I saw in this are in the girl. She isn't as feminine as I believe she should be. Now I'm not saying she should have busty breasts, skimpy clothing, and the face of a teen-age girl. I actually find that kind of thing infuriating, it's as if noone has any originality anymore. I grow tired of seeing images of skimpily clad warrior women. What I believe you could do is make her figure a bit more refined is all. Her face gives her the impression of being an older woman, which is good if that was what you were going for. If not try to soften her face just a little bit. It also currently gives her a bit of a weathered feel, as if she has been through alot. I haven't read your story, but I'm guessing she has been.
Aside from that the image is perfect, the soldiers/mercs look worn out, yet still alert. The background makes it appear as if there is a battle somewhere in the distance (Again haven't read it so sorry if that wasn't what you were going for.) The armor itself is well detailed, especially the little latches here and there as well as the lights. The variations in their armor make them seem more like mercenaries than soldiers, which according to the description they are mercenaries so good on you.
I feel a bit stupid for asking this, but where are all these characters, armors and power-suits from? They look like a combo of Halo and Mass Effect, but I simply cannot place them...

I'd love to read this story sometime.
