I decided to do another Elemental proportion exercise after the first one was received so well, and per some requests here's a frontal view. Based mostly on Nayora's suit, the left half is more complete than the right, because why do something twice :D
Slapped stripes on right at the end for fun, which gave me my title. And for some lulz, check out it's state 3.5 years ago: [link]

It looks great. Funny how I could see the familiarity of the Elemental's helmet with the dragon helmet of MU Online. :) Keep up the good work! You're doing great!

as always, great work. I love to see the progression of the Elemental over the years, despite that the original design is still a really solid concept.

Nice but its that helmet that just looks so well invested in. I believe the helmet is a Signature to any suit.

How do you get the lines on your art so crisp? Also, what kind of opacity do you draw at?

Good hand control and careful painting goes a long way for crisp art. From there you can take a duplicate of all your layers merged and apply a highpass filter to it (using a very low pixel setting, depends on your resolution), setting that layer to overlay mode over your original work will sharpen all your edges.
I have my brushes opacity control set to my tablets pressure, so it's variable.

Very interesting. The original feels a bit more organic. This one feels more militaristic. Nothing wrong with that, of course. And the armor itself looks very flexible. Very fit. And very cool ^_^
