Woo power armor. Was a lot of work but also fun and very satisfying to see completed.
A suit plated in armor using composites derived from alien tech, it can bring weapons to the field that would otherwise have to be mounted on vehicles. It's your own personal tank.

Oh well, he just looks plain badass, so I was thiis tempted to try and have something like that in my fanfic, but even if I can't use that particular guy, you've inspirred me to make some pretty badass armor.

Kepp up the good work.

Now that is a heavy weapons specialist if I ever saw one. And the joints are very well armored. This guy could take quite a lot of hits without falling, depending on the materials used in the armor construction. Very nice. ^_^

great silhouette on this guy, the bulkiness really gives the design character.

Given a power source of sufficient density, some myomers, some boron carbide lightweight armor... but I'm fantasizing again. The piece covers a mix of sloped armor (made famous by older Russian tanks), a bolted-together aesthetic and a number of small technical touches that bring the whole thing to life. Like it, love it, fav'd.
