I named my Diablo 2 Resurrection Speak Amazon after it. Well, the spear the mech is named after...

Naming the characters like that helps if you have multiple ones to remember easily which one has what theme. Ice Sorceress is named Glacia, Ice in esperanto. Sounds nicely feminine, perfect for that character.
